Looking for a yummy game day recipe? My cheesy pull-apart pizza bread is always a touchdown! Using Borden® Cheese Mozzarella Thick Cut Shreds and traditional pizza flavors, it’s an easy appetizer for all ages to enjoy.

It has a few simple ingredients. You’ll need Borden® Cheese Mozzarella Thick Cut Shreds, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, 2 cans of refrigerated biscuits, and turkey pepperoni.

Before you do anything else, preheat the oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease your pan. I love the way my pull-apart pizza bread looks when I use a bundt pan, but a 13×9 dish works equally well.

In a medium bowl, stir the olive oil, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder together. Cut your biscuits into quarters and then add them to the bowl, making sure they get completely coated.

Next, you’ll pour the Borden® Cheese Mozzarella Thick Cut Cheese and pepperonis into the bowl. Use your hands or a spatula to combine everything, but be careful not to squish the biscuits too much.

Scoop the entire mixture into your bundt pan and bake it for 20 minutes. Cover the pan with foil and bake it for another 10 minutes. Check your bread occasionally, and add more or less time depending on how quickly it browns. I’ve found that with my bundt pan, the bottom and sides are baked pretty well even when the top is still golden brown. You can also test the bread with a toothpick to make sure it isn’t too doughy.

To get the pull-apart bread out of the pan, put a plate on top, flip it over, and gently shake the bread out onto the plate. I like to serve it with pizza sauce or marinara in the center for dipping. Once it cools off for a few minutes, just start pulling pieces off and enjoy!
