Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease your bundt pan.
In a medium bowl, stir the olive oil, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder together. Cut your biscuits into quarters and then add them to the bowl, making sure they get completely coated.
Pour the BordenĀ® Mozzarella Thick Cut Cheese and pepperonis into the bowl. Use your hands or a spatula to combine everything, but be careful not to squish the biscuits too much.
Scoop the entire mixture into your bundt pan and bake it for 20 minutes. Cover the pan with foil and bake it for another 10 minutes. Check your bread occasionally and add more or less time depending on how quickly it browns. You can also test the bread with a toothpick to make sure it isn’t too doughy.
To get the pull-apart bread out of the pan, put a plate on top, flip it over, and gently shake the bread out onto the plate.
Serve it with a little pizza sauce or marinara in the center for dipping. Start pulling pieces off and enjoy!
