I just wanted to tell you all about this stunning, handmade elephant night light we have from a small business called Lilys Lights. I live for functional decor and this fits perfectly in our minimalist home.
Belly gets so excited to turn on our elephant every night! It helps her fall asleep more soundly and the soft glow has saved me from stubbing my toes countless times.
The owner and artist behind Lilys Lights is a mommy I personally know named Ashley. We graduated from high school together (way back in ’05) and she is a literal ray of sunshine! She’s such a kind, selfless soul and it’s so appropriate that she’s spreading joy with these night lights.
The aspect that I appreciate most about Lilys Lights is that with every light purchased, they’ll donate one to a child in need. They recently made a large donation to a foster care agency in Northern CA to bring comfort to foster kids through their journeys. Isn’t that amazing? I can’t wait to see what organization they partner with next!
These night lights also make thoughtful gifts! New mamas and infants came to mind first. With all of the late feedings and sleepless nights, they shine just the right amount of light to see what you’re doing without making Baby too alert. And of course, they’re excellent for little ones who are leery of the dark. As I mentioned before, my four-year-old won’t go to sleep without ours.
