Frozen yogurt cups melt in your mouth and taste like a treat! Using just fruit and Greek yogurt, they’re easily assembled and are especially delightful as we head into warmer days!

My favorite parts about frozen yogurt cups are that they’re safe for my kids to help assemble and there’s no wrong way to do it. I think rainbow colors are fun and playful so that’s what we choose this time. Some other ideas are all red fruit for Valentine’s, strawberries and blueberries for Independence Day, or oranges and blackberries for Halloween!

You and your little ones can enjoy frozen yogurt cups any time of day. Have them with breakfast, stick some in their lunchboxes, or grab one for an afternoon snack. They’re always easy and refreshing!

Rainbow Fruit Frozen Yogurt Cups

Servings 12 cups

Ingredients

  • strawberries
  • mandarin oranges
  • pineapples
  • kiwis
  • blueberries
  • blackberries
  • 1.5-2 cups Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Cut large pieces of fruit into small slices.
  • Place one piece of each type of fruit into your silicone baking cups. I did mine in rainbow order so it went strawberry, orange, pineapple, kiwi, blueberry, and blackberry.
  • Top with about 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt.
  • Freeze for at least one hour.
  • Remove from the baking cups and dig in!

Notes

Your yogurt cups can be stored in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy them!

If you don’t already have silicone baking cups, you can grab some on Amazon. They’re handy for so many snacks and treats!

Here are more delicious ways we like using yogurt: very berry frozen yogurt barkbanana spinach smoothies, chocolate fruit dip, and frosted strawberry lemonade.

Talk to you soon!
