In a lot of my food posts, I talk about my obsession with meal planning! I love sitting down each week and deciding exactly what my family is going to eat. And although I really do enjoy cooking, I’m realistic about my energy levels every night. I usually put frozen meals in my plan (or at least have some on hand) so that we have a convenient option for the nights when I’m too exhausted to cook.

I used to be skeptical of frozen meals because they’re often filled with preservatives and unnecessary ingredients. A lot of frozen food can also taste bland so it’s been a struggle to find something that my family will willingly eat.
I recently discovered Wildscape and realized that healthy, delicious frozen food actually does exist! They offer six different meals, all created with real, whole food and no strange additives. You can clearly read and recognize everything on the label!
My favorite part about Wildscape is that their food combinations are on point! No boring pot pie or watery lasagna here. I’m talking about unique, natural ingredients with yummy, bold flavors inspired by all corners of the globe.
All 6 of the meals taste amazing, but the two we especially enjoyed were chimichurri chicken and seared steak with sweet potatoes. I think my husband had low expectations based on our previous experiences with frozen meals. You should have seen how surprised and happy he was when he bit into these!
And if you have any dietary restrictions, there’s definitely something for you! All of their meals are dairy-free and a few are even gluten-free and/or vegetarian.
We found Wildscape in the freezer section of our local Fresh Market, but you can use their store locator to see where it’s sold near you.
Wildscape has been such a lifesaver for times when I need a break from cooking and still want my family to eat well. Just pop it in the microwave and have a healthy, balanced dinner minutes later. Add Wildscape to your meal plan or stock up for those busy nights!
