My recipe for no-bake cheesecake bites is a deliciously sweet, simple, and indulgent way for your whole family to enjoy fresh Sunkist® citrus! With a tangy, creamy filling surrounded by a crumbly graham cracker crust, this vibrant treat is the best of every world!
For this easy recipe, you’ll need Sunkist Navel Oranges, Cara Cara Oranges, and Lemons. The juice and zest create intense flavors while small fruit segments make a colorful decoration. The only other ingredients needed are graham crackers, butter, cream cheese, and sweetened condensed milk.
You can find all of this delicious citrus in the produce section of your nearest Lowes Foods! They recently opened a location in our neighborhood and they offer a variety of quality items. As a mommy, I love the cheerful atmosphere and ease of their pick up and delivery options.
My husband has been a fan of Cara Cara Oranges for years, but I discovered them more recently. On the outside, they look very similar to Navel Oranges, but are a deep, pinkish color on the inside. Cara Cara Oranges also have a lower acidity level, so they’re known for being sweeter. Both varieties are juicy, seedless, and taste refreshing as a snack or incorporated into recipes!
My favorite fruit in these cheesecake bites is the lemon! My daughters are obsessed with making lemonade and we add lemon juice to many of our meals. They’re grown year-round and are the perfect way to enhance anything you’re eating!
On top of having natural sweetness and being just plain yummy, Sunkist citrus has wonderful health benefits, too! All three of the fruits used in my cheesecake bites are fat-free, saturated fat-free, cholesterol-free, and sodium-free! Lemons are packed with Vitamin C and low in calories, and Navel Oranges and Cara Cara Oranges are both excellent sources of vitamin C and good sources of fiber. These are ingredients I feel good about incorporating into our treats!
The no-bake aspect of these cheesecake bites makes it incredibly kid-friendly! My little ones were able to help with almost every step, aside from cutting and zesting, and took great pride in topping the bites with colorful pieces of fruit at the end. It’s definitely a fun way to create a yummy family memory!

Sunkist Citrus No-Bake Cheesecake Bites
Ingredients
Crust
- 10 sheets graham crackers
- 1 Sunkist® Navel Orange zest zest
- 1 Sunkist Cara Cara Orange zest
- 2 Sunkist Lemons zest
- 1/2 cup butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
- 1 block cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup Sunkist Navel Orange juice
- 1/4 cup Sunkist Cara Cara Orange juice
- 2 tbsp Sunkist Lemons juice
Garnish Topping
- 1 Sunkist Navel Orange chopped into bite-size pieces
- 1 Sunkist Cara Cara Orange chopped into bite-size pieces
- 1 Sunkist Lemon chopped into bite-size pieces
Instructions
Crust
-
Line a mini cupcake tray with papers.
-
Make crumbs by sealing the graham crackers in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
-
Stir together the crumbs, all of the zests, and butter.
-
Press 1 tbsp of the crumb mixture into each mini cupcake paper.
-
Put the pan in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.
Cheesecake Filling
-
Use a mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until it's smooth.
-
Mix in the sweetened condensed milk and citrus juices until well combined.
-
Fill the prepared crusts with equal amounts of cheesecake filling (about 1 1/2 tbsp).
-
To garnish your bites, cut off the ends of the citrus to create a stable cutting surface, then use a sharp paring knife to remove the peel and white pith, cutting from top to bottom along the curve of the fruit. Once all peel is removed, cut into pieces and place on top of your bites.
-
The bites can be eaten immediately, but I put the pan in the refrigerator overnight so that the filling can set.
-
The longer you leave them in the fridge, the firmer the filling will become!
