Mosaics are one of our go-to crafts because we can adapt them for all seasons and occasions! We decided to have a holiday mosaic morning and make a snowman, candy cane, and Christmas tree. This is such an easy activity and the finished artwork is so cute to hang up around your house!

Materials

  • scraps of paper
  • cereal boxes
  • scissors
  • glue

Instructions

  1. Cut shapes out of the boxes.
  2. Cut or tear small pieces of paper.
  3. Glue the pieces onto your box shape.
That’s it!

Goose is five and she has become very comfortable with scissors. She chose to cut and glue during this activity.
