Heart Quesadillas
Share the love with your little ones on Valentine's Day (or any day) with these playful, easy to make heart quesadillas!
Ingredients
- olive oil cooking spray
- 2 sun-dried tomato tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Italian cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara for dipping
Instructions
- Heat a pan or skillet on medium and lightly spray with the olive oil.
- Use a cookie cutter to carve 8 hearts out of the tortillas.
- Lay 4 of the tortilla hearts in the pan, sprinkle about half a cup of cheese on each, and place remaining 4 hearts on top of the cheese.
- Heat the quesadillas on each side for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the tortilla is slightly crispy.
- Serve the quesadillas hot with marinara for dipping and enjoy!
