Heat the olive oil in a pan or skillet over medium heat.
Add your ground beef to the pan, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, and stir in the six spices. Once the meat is cooked, set it aside.
When the oven is heated, pour your bags of McCain Extra Crispy Crinkle Fries onto two baking pans in one even layer. As directed on the package, bake the fries for 9 minutes, flip them, and bake for another 10 minutes.
As your fries are baking, heat your refried beans in a small pot on medium-low. Use a fork or whisk to stir in .5 cup of salsa and .5 cup of cheese. Once your beans are smooth, turn off the heat and set it aside.
After the fries are baked, put them all onto one pan and turn the oven down to 350 degrees.
Time for toppings! Feel free to spread them on however you choose, but this is the order that my family prefers: beans, meat, salsa, guacamole, and then cheese.
Pop your fries back into the oven until the cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
Serve your fries hot and add a dollop of sour cream. Enjoy!
