Instructions
  1. Sprinkle salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Drizzle olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Put salmon in pan with the skin side facing up for about 8 minutes. You should be able to see a noticeable line where the bottom half of the fish has cooked and the top has not.
  3. Flip salmon over, cover the pan, and turn heat off. Allow to steam until salmon is finished cooking.
  4. Once salmon is fully cooked, use a fork to break it into small pieces.
  5. If you want your pitas warm, you can heat them in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.
  6. Time to assemble your pitas! Spread desired amount of hummus inside your pockets and fill with hummus and cucumbers.
  7. Eat and enjoy!
