  1. Mix all ingredients in a large container and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  2. Place in a Dutch oven or large pot. Bring contents to a boil.
  3. Lower heat, cover, and simmer 30-40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  4. Serve hot with rice.
